F4 or E7015 on the induction side of Thermador Pro Harmony and Masterpiece MRI304DL ranges means the electronics overheated and all cooking zones switched off. The Ranges page prints E7015 under both F2 and F4, and the Induction Cooktops page lists F4 in the single-zone group, so we confirm on site which applies. Other generations use F4 differently.
1. Turn all zones off. 2. Allow time for the cooktop to cool. 3. Check that nothing blocks the vents. 4. Try a low setting on one zone. If every zone shuts down again, call us. Mention which code appeared first.
On the Ranges page, F4 is described as all cooking zones switching off together. That fits a shutdown protecting the electronics rather than one hot pan.
The Induction Cooktops page groups F4 with the corresponding-zone entry. Since the two pages differ, we confirm what your unit actually did. Photos of the display help.
The Ranges page prints E7015 under both F2 and F4, so it is shared between them. Tell us which code you saw first when you call.
Our technician checks it in your home and hands you a written price before touching anything.
