Using this website or booking a visit with Thermador Appliance Repair means you accept the terms set out on this page.
We are an independent company that diagnoses, repairs and maintains Thermador appliances in homes and businesses within the areas listed on this site.
Let us know 24 hours ahead and you can move or cancel an appointment at no cost. Shorter notice may carry a trip or diagnostic charge.
You see and approve the price in writing before any diagnostic or repair work goes ahead. Payment is collected when the job is finished, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Our labor on each completed repair is guaranteed for 30 days. Parts may also be covered by their maker’s warranty. The guarantee does not extend to new or unrelated problems or to damage from misuse.
Please give our technician safe access to the appliance and the space around it, and tell us quickly if something about the finished work seems wrong while the warranty is running.
We are not responsible for conditions that existed before our visit, for harm left by earlier repairs done by others, or for ordinary wear that has nothing to do with the work we did.
Parts and materials we supply stay our property until the invoice is paid in full.
We may change these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the one that applies.
The laws of the State of Texas govern these terms, and any dispute will be settled under Texas law without applying its conflict-of-law rules.
