Thermador T24UR905DP
Two refrigerator drawers replace the single door in the T24UR905DP, a 24-inch under-counter unit for panels. The specification sheet from Thermador gives three presets, 37 F for Refrigerator, 44 F for Pantry and 34 F for Bar, along with Quick Chill, which drops to 33 F for about 24 hours. Aluminum dividers and removable mats sit inside, and the stainless versions are the T24UR915DS and T24UR925DS.
Settings and loading explain most of the drawer-unit calls we take, so that is our starting point. Pantry mode is meant to run warmer than a refrigerator, which explains milk that will not stay cold, and Quick Chill left running pushes drinks toward freezing. A tall bottle that keeps a drawer from closing sets off the drawer open alarm. Only then do we test slides that bind under heavy loads, since the drawers extend fully and carry real weight.
Check whether Pantry mode is on. It holds 44 F, while Refrigerator mode holds 37 F, and the difference is enough to spoil milk faster.
The run lasts about 24 hours at 33 F, according to Thermador. After that the drawer returns to its normal mode, so drinks left in during that stretch can get very cold.
A drawer that is not fully closed. Tall bottles, loose packaging and overloaded dividers are the usual blockers, and removing the item silences the alarm.
