Your refrigerator beeps and announces that the freezer is running warm. For the T36BT110NS, T36BT120NS and T36IT100NP, Thermador explains that the control sensed the freezer above its target. It names three everyday triggers: the unit had only just been powered up, a lot of fresh groceries went in together, or a freezer door sat open for a long time.
1. Tap Yes, see highest temp. and press OK; this quiets the tone and shows how warm it got. 2. Inspect the food for thawing. 3. Leave the door shut. 4. Next time you shop in bulk, turn on Super freezing before loading the groceries, which the guide recommends.
Thermador cautions that anything which thawed, even partly, should not go back in the freezer raw. Cook it first, and judge each package by how soft it became.
That is a listed normal trigger. The compartment is still cooling down to its setpoint, so give it time to get there before stocking it.
The guide advises switching it on before a large load of fresh items so the freezer keeps up, which limits how much the compartment warms.
Our technician checks it in your home and hands you a written price before touching anything.
