Thermador T18ID800LP
Thermador made the T18ID800LP, the left-hand twin of the T18ID800RP, for layouts that put the freezer right of the fresh-food column, where the door must swing away from it. Past the door nothing is different. Volume is 8.4 cubic feet, the stainless dispenser gives chilled water, crushed ice and cubes, and freezer temperatures span -9 F through 7 F.
After weeks of no use, the water line in the door can freeze. Ice without water after you return from vacation is therefore a familiar call, and usually an easy one. Ice output also depends on the set point; at about 7 F the maker is noticeably slower than at about 0 F.
Beyond that, we look at hinge alignment under a heavy panel and at the temperature alarm that follows outages.
Check the line in the door for ice before anything else. If it thaws and flows again, the cause was long disuse and the valve is fine, as a bad valve would not recover.
Those modes alter how the column runs in your absence. Return to normal operation and allow a day for ice production to catch up. If ice is still slow after that, set point and water supply are next.
A set point near the warm end, around 7 F, cuts output. A colder setting is the first thing to try. Give it a day to respond before judging.
