Thermador T30BB915SS
Thermador no longer lists the T30BB915SS as available. It is a 30-inch built-in bottom freezer dressed in stainless, with a Masterpiece handle, ice cut as diamonds and alerts over Wi-Fi; the sibling with a Professional handle is the T30BB925SS. Kitchens that need a complete refrigerator in a narrower space were its natural home.
Little slack exists in a freezer drawer that narrow. Too much ice in the bin, or one tall package, can stop the drawer from closing, and frost builds quickly in a drawer that stays open a crack. If ice has stopped, we check whether production was turned off in the settings, which is one of the causes Thermador lists. After a change in leveling, one side of a door gasket can lose contact, so that is the next place we look, followed by the app connection.
Rarely. Look at the ice bin for an overload and at the drawer for a tall package before blaming the slides, because either one stops the drawer short of closed.
Thermador still lists it, along with its support pages and documents. We work from those, together with the details on the rating plate, when a part is needed.
It is in the control settings. Thermador lists switched-off ice production as a cause of no ice, so confirming the setting takes a moment and can save a visit.
