Thermador T36BT120NS
Thermador’s T36BT120NS is a Freedom Collection column, 36 inches wide, with French doors above and a freezer drawer below. It is built into a cabinet run, so it is often the visual centerpiece of a remodeled kitchen. Two compressors and two evaporators sit behind it, which means each side has its own refrigeration loop that can be tested, and can break, without the other.
Cool Air Flow Technology moves air through the cabinet, while the ThermaFresh Pro drawers handle produce humidity and temperature as a separate job from general cooling. When one of those jobs stops, the rest of the cabinet may keep working, which can hide the problem for a while.
Since it is a flush, panel-ready installation, every call includes a look at the Freedom Hinge and door alignment next to the refrigeration check itself. A door that sits a little proud will not seal, and a leaky seal looks like a cooling problem from the outside.
Usually yes. Two compressors and two evaporators let each side run on its own, meaning one may fail while its neighbor keeps cooling. Each loop is tested apart.
No. The cameras belong to the Home Connect feature set and are separate from the refrigeration system that does the cooling. Cooling carries on while the pictures are missing.
Because this column is installed flush, a door that is out of alignment can leak air at the seal. We rule that out alongside the sealed system.
