Thermador T36FT810NS
Masterpiece handles mark the T36FT810NS, a freestanding French-door refrigerator with its freezer below. A cutout of 72 by 36 by 25 inches is what Thermador gives, meaning it fits an ordinary refrigerator bay with its body projecting beyond the counters. Its page puts two things forward: ThermaFresh for produce, and SuperCool, which chills hard to preserve freshness.
Those two features explain a good share of the complaints we hear. Dry produce sends us to the humidity setting in ThermaFresh, while frozen items at the back of a shelf often mean SuperCool never switched off. Neither needs a repair, yet each should be excluded before the cooling system is tested. A freezer door opened often can slow ice production, and an uneven floor spoils door alignment, so those get a look too.
Look at SuperCool first. It drives the compartment colder on purpose for a period, and leaving it on is a common reason for frozen food and drinks near the rear wall.
Not in this pair. The T36FT820NS is the other freestanding French-door model on Thermador's Star-K list, and it adds an internal water dispenser with an UltraClarityPro filter.
The humidity in the drawer may be set wrong for what is stored in it. Adjusting the setting normally restores crispness, and no service call is needed.
