Thermador T24UR925DS
Model T24UR925DS reads, in the specification table, like the T24UR915DS, with four cooling modes, SoftClose drawers and a stainless front. For a service call, the number on the label still matters, because the parts catalog separates the two by number even when the owner cannot see a difference.
We open with a structured walk through the two drawers. Is the top one colder than the bottom? Does a drawer sit proud of the cabinet when it is shut? A drawer that sits a hair out of the seal line feeds warm air into the cavity, which is a more common cause than a failing sealed system.
The drawer mats and organization dividers can also cause problems when bottles lean into the vent area, so we check how the unit is loaded. Finally we check the alarm switch, which should clear when the drawer is fully closed.
The rating label inside the cabinet shows the full number, and we read it at the start of the visit. That number decides the parts we order.
They slide out for access, but the slides and dampers are delicate. We prefer to remove them ourselves during a visit so nothing gets bent. Please leave the contents in place unless a drawer needs to come out.
Airflow is not identical in both drawers, and mode settings affect each differently. If the gap is large, we check the damper and fan. Afterward we run the cabinet through a full cycle to confirm.
