Your built-in coffee machine shows 12:00 and has forgotten its programmed times. Thermador explains this as the result of a power failure, or of switching the appliance off at its own power switch: the clock resets and must be set again. Nothing is damaged, and the display behaves as designed after an interruption. Once the values are entered again, normal use continues.
1. Note that the display reads 12:00. 2. Type in your clock and settings values again. 3. To prevent a repeat, avoid the appliance's power switch and avoid picking "Off" in the clock display menu. 4. If power was lost recently, other clocks in the kitchen probably reset too.
No. Thermador's own documentation calls it the normal result of a power interruption, not an error. Once the clock and settings are entered again, the machine goes back to normal.
Skip the physical power switch and the clock menu's "Off" option between uses. Leaving it in its ordinary standby state keeps the clock and your settings in place.
Repeated resets with no power loss and no use of the switch would be unusual. In that case, tell us when you book so we can look at the supply to the unit.
