Thermador T24UW925RS
Fitted under the counter, the T24UW925RS stores 41 bottles in two zones behind a tempered glass door that resists UV light. Thermador builds it with a Professional handle and the hinge on the right; the left-hinged edition goes by T24UW925LS. The full-extension racks carry Wenge wood dowels, and the door closes softly.
Two zones in one small cabinet sit close together. If a divider has slipped, or a rack is sitting across an air path, the zones may read alike no matter how far apart they are set. In a warm room these coolers also work harder, and the compressor then cycles often without anything being damaged. Racks that fail to extend smoothly with full bottles, and glass that fogs, round out our inspection.
Air is mixing between the zones. Make sure the divider is seated properly and that no bottle is blocking the vents, then give the cooler several hours to settle before judging.
Thermador's number is 41 standard 750 ml bottles, spread over the two zones and the full-extension racks. Larger bottles can reduce that count, and we load the racks to check how they slide.
In a warm room an under-counter cooler does work harder, so frequent cycling is expected. Constant running while the zones stay warm is different and is worth a visit.
