Legacy Thermador ESC30/GSC30 Range with F9: Door Latch Supervisory Error

What F9 means

If your older ESC30 or GSC30 range shows F9, the control's supervisor could not confirm the door latch and canceled clean mode. The legacy document says to check the latch and, if the latch tests fine, replace the clock. Newer Thermador ovens use F9 differently, so this reading is only for these older 30-inch ranges.
