Thermador DWHD410JFP (Professional Collection)
Basic by design, the 410JFP is the entry rung of the discontinued J-series: 14 place settings, no third rack, no softener, and a brief cycle list of Pots & Pans, Auto, Normal and Half Load along with a Sanitize option.
Without a softener, hard water leaves its mark, so in areas with hard supply we look for scale before blaming a heating part or a sensor. Codes E12 and E2060 are the ones that send us there. The same drainage and inflow codes found across Thermador’s dishwashers still apply to this model, and we read them straight from the display. Since the unit is old and out of production, parts availability is part of the estimate.
Let us know roughly how hard your tap water is, if you have that figure. It tells us how much weight to give scale when we plan the visit.
A third rack mostly holds flatware and small utensils. Without one, those items go into the cutlery baskets within the main racks instead. Loading habits change a little, but the machine is not limited in what it can clean.
Tier differences here are mainly features such as cycles, a third rack and a softener. Thermador documents no difference in dependability for the main washing and draining hardware.
With no softener, mineral build-up is the likeliest slow-developing problem, and it is simple to confirm or rule out early in the visit. If the tub and heating parts are clean, we move on to the drain and fill checks.
Request a visit online in about a minute or phone our coordinators. Close-in neighborhoods often see a same-day slot; the outer counties usually get the next day across Houston.
