Dishwasher Repair in Houston

Thermador dishwashers, from Sapphire to Emerald and Topaz, report problems through an unusually detailed list of codes. We start with the code on your display, trace it to a real cause, and confirm it before replacing anything.

01What goes wrong

Typical dishwasher problems we repair

Listed roughly by how often we meet them in Houston homes.

01

Standing water, drain codes E22-E25, E6102, E9240

02

Slow or missing fill: E3000, E3200, E14-E18

03

Limescale warning inside heat pump, E12 or E2060

04

Water in the base trips safety (E15/E3100)

05

Zeolite drying chamber or fan trouble (E2120/E2130)

06

Supply voltage reads too low (E27/E9001)

Thermador’s dishwasher support pages go into more detail than any other category. Drainage problems (E22, E23, E24, E25, E6101 through E6103, E9240) trace to the filter, the drain pump, or the hose. Water-inlet codes (E14, E16, E17, E18, E3000, E3200, E3300, E3400) trace to the flow meter or the inlet hose. Scale inside the heat pump shows as E12 or E2060, and a dedicated safety code, E15 or E3100, appears whenever water gathers in the base.

That detail lets us begin with the code instead of a vague complaint. Drain codes send us to the filter and pump, fill codes to the inlet hose, and a base-water code means you should turn off the supply valve until we have inspected. The price is written down first, and the completed work has a 30-day workmanship warranty.

05Dishwasher questions
There is a puddle left in my Thermador dishwasher after a cycle. What can I check?

With the power off, clean the filter and look for blockage in the drain hose. Drain codes usually come from one of those or the pump. If water remains, we test the pump.

The dishwasher stopped and shows E15 or E3100. Now what?

Both point to moisture under the tub, and the safety switch halted the cycle on purpose. Turn the supply valve to closed and leave the unit idle until we trace the leak.

Is limescale a real problem for a Thermador dishwasher?

Yes. E12 and E2060 mean mineral scale has built up around the heating system, which hurts heating and drying. We confirm the buildup is the cause and advise what the unit needs.
