Thermador DWHD760CFP
Cooking utensils are part of the design story of the DWHD760CFP: a Chef’s Tool Drawer holds long spoons and whisks, while folding tines make room for a stockpot. That means the racks and the drawer are the parts that see rough use, and most calls start with something that moves rather than something electrical.
We check the rack wheels, the drawer track and the tines first, then the spray arm that sits under each level. A tool drawer that jams can hold the door from closing, which in turn prevents the cycle from starting. After that, the filter, drain pump and drying system.
This Sapphire has 16 place settings, a 44 dBA sound level and StarDry drying with zeolite. Thermador shows it as no longer available, with DWHD660EFP as its successor; DWHD770WFP, another discontinued model, also points here as its successor.
Stop using the rack. A missing wheel lets the rack tilt and block a spray arm. We replace the wheel or the rack and check that every arm spins freely.
A jam or a bent track can hold the drawer slightly out. We clear the track, reseat the drawer and check that the door switch engages.
Our 30-day workmanship warranty covers our repairs, not wear on racks. We can replace tines or a rack and quote the price in writing first.
