Equipment of the 870WFP matches the 870WFM at the flagship level: StarDry Zeolite drying, the Entertainer’s Drawer, a built-in softener and 44 dBA. What you see differently is the Professional handle where the Masterpiece version has a fixed bar. Thermador discontinued both together with the remainder of the W-series.
Because several subsystems are present, we work through them one at a time. Zeolite chamber codes (E2120/E2130) are separated from drainage and inflow codes. The softener is treated as upkeep, not presumed to be a wash-system failure. A flagship from an older generation also raises the sourcing question, so the estimate covers which parts we can get for your specific unit.
