Thermador DWHD661EFP (Star Sapphire)
This is the top rung of the Radiance Collection, a built-under dishwasher that usually sits in a finished kitchen run beside a Professional-handle range or fridge. It rides on the shared wash and drying hardware used by the rest of Thermador’s dishwashers, and the Home Connect connection is layered on top. Over the years the usual wear shows up in the filter, the drain pump and the inlet hose.
Thermador publishes a long, detailed error list for this category, so our first move is simply to read the code on the display. Drainage codes send us to the filter and pump; water-flow codes send us to the inlet hose; an E15 means the base has water in it, and we tell owners what Thermador’s documentation says: close the water supply right away. If the app is paired, it may echo the same code, and mentioning it when you book helps.
It may echo the code that appears on the dishwasher display and sometimes a few status details. Jot down whatever it shows and share it when you book, so we can start with the right subsystem.
Not really. The wash, drain and drying hardware is common to the whole Radiance Collection, and Star Sapphire layers refinements over it. We decide what to do from the displayed code, not from the tier label.
Close the water supply valve to the dishwasher and stop running cycles, which is what Thermador's own documentation instructs. The code means water has reached the base, so everything needs to be dried and inspected first.
